There was a conflict between community builder (cb) users and default joomla users.
People who registered in the forums and not with the cb_login from the sidebar, couldn't login afterwards: "Wrong password or username".

I've searched for 'Please', 'Register' and 'Login' (Welcome, Guest
Please Login or Register. ) in all fireboard documents of the installer, without success. Now I decided to delete the files from com_register, since this component is not needed anymore.

I'm aware, that "The page you are trying to access does not exist. Please select a page from the main menu." looks not very good, but this seems to be the only solution to me.


All users which are registered wrong and cannot access the forums as members will be pruned. They are able now to register again with the email address they've used before.

Well, the forum registration works now, but I had to include Community Builder Userprofiles. You will have to upload your picture again and add you signature again.
